Broken Tee Golf Course

As part of a redevelopment project, we were hired to construct a nine-hole executive course and reconstruct/realign nine holes of the regulation course previously built by ACC in the 1980s. The original course was constructed on top of a landfill, and while some of the original capping was in place, the new course required crews to work around the methane venting, use liner on all water features, and install welded HDPE irrigation pipe in order to prevent water leaks.

We self-performed the majority of the work for the golf course, including earthwork, drainage, irrigation, shaping, finishing, grassing, and practice facilities. We also performed shoreline armament for the Platte River, which runs through the course, and reinforced swale with rip-rap, poly liner, and wetland plantings.
